Description

Classic pumpkin muffins packed with warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. A fall favorite!


Ingredients

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp ground cloves

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

½ cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.

2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and all spices.

3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin, sugars, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.

4. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until just combined.

5. Scoop batter into muffin cups about ¾ full.

6. Bake for 20–24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

7. Cool on a wire rack.
