1 tsp crushed bay leaves

½ tsp celery seeds

½ tsp mustard powder

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

2 tbsp instant flour (optional, for thickening)
Instructions

Dry Prep: Make sure all containers and tools are dry.

Combine Spices: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Crush rosemary and bay leaves for better flavor.

Optional Thickener: Stir in instant flour if desired.

Mix Well: Whisk thoroughly for even distribution.

Store: Transfer to an airtight jar. Label with date and use 2–3 tbsp per 2 lbs meat.
